FIRST STEP: JOIN TLP SOUTH TEXAS

The first step to joining the Townsend Leadership Program is to initiate contact to request an interview with South Texas TLP Director Kristi Mallory. Once you’ve interviewed and been accepted, you’ll be given detailed information on meeting days, time, location, and other program specifics.

TLP DIRECTOR

Kristi was vetted and trained by John Townsend. She embodies the Competence and Character Leadership Model and is highly qualified to lead the intensive Townsend Leadership teams. Kristi is passionate about developing leaders who will influence their teams, organizations and community, for years to come. 

As the former vice president of her family’s multi-generational grease and industrial lubricant manufacturing business, Kristi understands group dynamics and the importance of having well-oiled systems in place. Her passion of more than 20 years for personal and organizational growth eventually led to coaching as a new career. Kristi is excited to launch the first ever Townsend Leadership Program in South Texas.

TEAM MEMBERS

TLP Teams consist of groups of individuals who are invested in their professional and personal growth. Members assemble from diverse industries and sectors consisting of CEO’s, C Suite leaders, small business owners, managers and professionals, in a wide range of fields.
